Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
1. Scope and Purpose
Anapausis, Inc., doing business as “ana kate” (the “Company,” “ana kate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), recognizes the sensitive nature of personal reproductive-health information. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share consumer health data through the ana kate mobile application, website at www.anakate.com, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). This Policy is intended to provide disclosures concerning consumer health data under applicable laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer-health-data statutes, and other applicable laws governing the collection, use, or disclosure of personal health information outside traditional healthcare settings. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to information qualifying as consumer health data under applicable law.
2. Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected
Depending on the features a user chooses to use, we may collect the following categories of consumer health data:
A. Menstrual-Cycle Information. Menstrual dates, cycle lengths, frequency, duration, characteristics, and related tracking records.
B. Fertility and Ovulation Information. Fertility observations, estimated ovulation dates, fertility windows, related symptoms, and other user-entered fertility information.
C. Pregnancy and Postpartum Information. Pregnancy status, pregnancy-related dates and milestones, postpartum experiences, and associated health observations.
D. Symptoms and Personal Wellness Information. Physical symptoms, reproductive-health observations, wellness notes, and other health-related information voluntarily entered through available features.
E. Inferences and Derived Health Information. Predicted menstrual dates, estimated fertility and ovulation windows, calculated trends, and other health-related inferences generated by the Platform.
F. Health-Related Communications. Sensitive health information voluntarily included in prayer requests, messages, support communications, or other user-submitted content.
G. Information Associated With Health Data. Account identifiers and other information reasonably necessary to associate personal health entries with an individual account, together with a user-entered ZIP code used for local practitioner searches where its association with health-related activities brings it within the definition of consumer health data under applicable law.
H. Information From Authorized Health Integrations. If and when enabled, health or wellness information expressly authorized for import from Oura, Apple Health, or other disclosed integrations. These integrations are not currently active.
We do not presently collect precise GPS location information for reproductive-health tracking or practitioner matching.
3. Sources of Consumer Health Data
Consumer health data may be collected from:
(a) users directly, when they enter information through the Platform;
(b) information generated by the Platform from user-entered health data, including estimates and predictive analytics;
(c) communications or content voluntarily submitted to supported Platform features;
(d) authorized third-party health integrations, if and when enabled and permitted by the user; and
(e) authorized service providers acting on the Company's behalf where necessary to operate and maintain the Platform.
We do not currently obtain reproductive-health information from independent practitioners merely because they participate in the Directory.
4. Purposes for Collecting and Using Consumer Health Data
We collect and use consumer health data for the following purposes:
(a) providing menstrual-cycle, fertility, ovulation, pregnancy, postpartum, and other supported health-tracking functionality;
(b) generating personalized predictions, calculations, reminders, and trends requested by users;
(c) maintaining and displaying user-entered health records within an individual account;
(d) providing educational and wellness resources relevant to user-selected features;
(e) facilitating optional participation in supported faith-based and community features;
(f) operating requested directory-search functionality using user-entered ZIP codes;
(g) administering, maintaining, securing, and troubleshooting the Platform;
(h) preventing fraud, addressing misuse, and protecting the security and integrity of health information;
(i) complying with legal obligations and responding to valid legal process; and
(j) performing other specifically disclosed activities with any additional consent or authorization required by applicable law.
At present, the Company uses individualized reproductive-health information to provide or refine predictions for that individual user. We do not currently use identifiable consumer health data to train generalized predictive models for all users or disclose such information to outside AI providers for independent model training. We do not use consumer health data for targeted third-party advertising.
5. Categories of Consumer Health Data Shared
The Company limits sharing of consumer health data consistent with the purposes described in this Policy. Depending on the circumstances, information that may be disclosed includes:
A. Information Processed by Authorized Service Providers. Consumer health data and associated account information processed by authorized infrastructure, storage, hosting, technical operations, security, and support providers solely as necessary to perform services on our behalf and subject to appropriate contractual restrictions.
B. User-Directed Community Disclosures. Health-related information that a user voluntarily includes in a prayer request or other shared content may be displayed to the users authorized to view that feature. The prayer board is visible to other Platform users and is moderated.
C. User-Authorized Disclosures. Specific information shared with a third party at the user's direction or pursuant to an appropriate separate authorization.
D. Legally Required Disclosures. Information disclosed where legally required or authorized, subject to applicable protections and restrictions concerning consumer health data.
We do not currently provide an automated feature for sharing identifiable reproductive-health records with listed practitioners. Viewing or searching a practitioner's directory listing does not itself disclose the user's health records to that practitioner. We do not sell identifiable consumer health data or disclose such data to advertising networks or data brokers.
6. Categories of Third Parties and Affiliates
Depending on the functionality used and applicable law, the categories of persons or entities that may receive or process consumer health data include:
(a) contracted cloud-hosting and information-storage providers;
(b) contracted technology, platform maintenance, and information-security providers;
(c) contracted service providers supporting authorized Platform operations and user requests;
(d) other users who receive information the individual chooses to post through a shared Platform feature;
(e) specifically authorized recipients selected by the user; and
(f) governmental authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
Service providers processing information on our behalf are expected to comply with appropriate contractual restrictions and applicable legal requirements.
Specific Affiliates: As of the Effective Date, the Company does not share consumer health data with any affiliated entity for that affiliate's independent purposes. Before implementing any such sharing, the Company will update this Policy and obtain any consent required by applicable law. Independent healthcare practitioners do not receive identifiable reproductive-health records merely by purchasing a Directory listing. We do not currently share consumer health data with third-party advertising platforms or independent AI model developers.
Manner of Processing. Consumer health data is electronically collected, maintained, and processed through the Platform and authorized service providers to provide user-requested tracking, individualized predictive calculations, account functionality, and other purposes identified in this Policy. Processing may involve automated calculations and limited access by authorized personnel or service providers as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Platform,
7. Consent to Collection, Use, and Sharing
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain an individual's affirmative, voluntary consent before collecting or using consumer health data for a purpose not otherwise permitted without consent. Where a law requires separate consent to the sharing of consumer health data, such consent will be requested separately from consent to collection. Applicable consent requests will disclose the categories of information involved, the purpose of the proposed processing or sharing, relevant categories of recipients, and how consent may be withdrawn. We will not treat general acceptance of our Terms of Use or acknowledgment of our Privacy Policy as consent to additional health-data processing where separate affirmative consent is required. We will not collect additional categories of consumer health data, use existing consumer health data for materially different purposes, or disclose it to additional categories of recipients requiring consent without first providing the necessary notice and obtaining the required authorization. Withdrawal of consent may affect functionality that depends on the information or processing concerned.
8. Rights Regarding Consumer Health Data
Subject to applicable law and appropriate verification, consumers may have the right to:
A. Confirm and Access. Confirm whether the Company collects, shares, or sells consumer health data concerning the individual and access that information.
B. Recipient Information. Obtain information concerning third parties or affiliates with whom consumer health data has been shared, including available contact information where required by applicable law.
C. Withdraw Consent. Withdraw a previously provided consent to collection or sharing and request cessation of the activities covered by the withdrawn consent, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
D. Request Deletion. Request deletion of consumer health data maintained by the Company and, where required, applicable processors, contractors, affiliates, or recipients.
E. Appeal. Appeal the Company's denial of a request where an appeal right is provided by applicable law.
F. Review and Correction. Consumers may review available consumer health data through applicable account features and may request correction of inaccurate information by contacting support@anakate.com. Where a requested correction cannot be made through available account functionality, the Company will review the request and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Consumers may exercise these rights without purchasing additional products or services or creating a new account solely for purposes of submitting a privacy request.

Rights requests will be processed without unlawful discrimination and without a fee except where applicable law expressly permits a reasonable charge.
10. Consumer Health Data Concerning Minors
Where users between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) are permitted to access the Platform, the Company requires the age-appropriate registration and parental or guardian authorization procedures described in its general Privacy Policy, together with any additional consent required by applicable law. Requests concerning a minor's health information may be submitted by the individual or by a parent or legal guardian with appropriate authority. The Company will evaluate the request in light of applicable law, including any statutory protections concerning a minor's confidential healthcare information. Children under thirteen may not independently register for the Platform. Any future parent-managed child-profile functionality will be separately implemented with appropriate notices, verifiable parental consent where required, and additional privacy protections.
11. Changes to Consumer Health Data Practices
We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in applicable law, our business operations, or the services provided through the Platform. Material changes will be communicated to affected users through appropriate methods, which may include email, in-app notifications, or prominent notices through the Platform or website, as required by applicable law. Before collecting additional categories of consumer health data, using such data for materially different purposes, or sharing it with additional recipients where applicable law requires prior consent, we will provide the necessary disclosures and obtain that consent. We do not currently authorize third parties to collect consumer health data over time and across unaffiliated websites or online services through the Platform for cross-site tracking or targeted advertising. The current version of this Policy will remain separately accessible through the Platform and the Company's website.
